Tap on the “Share” icon (the one with an arrow pointing up) in the bottom-right corner of the post.Open the Instagram app on your iPhone and find the video post that you want to download.If you have a private account, make sure you are logged into that profile before attempting to download any posts or stories. All downloaded videos can be found here along with other photos and videos shared on Instagram. You can access saved videos by going into your Photos App and tapping on Albums>Instagram. A menu will appear with different options, tap “Save Video” to save it to your device. Tap the three vertical dots in the top right corner of the post. To download videos from Instagram on an iPhone, open the Instagram app and find the video you want to save.
